Congratulations, your download is complete! Please follow the steps bellow.

Once you have downloaded PhantomALERT to your computer, please follow the steps below to transfer the file to your GPS.
⦁ If you have never downloaded PhantomALERT on your GPS before, please begin at STEP 1.
⦁ If you are updating your PhantomALERT file on the GPS, please SKIP to STEP 6.

STEP 1. Connect your Garmin to YOUR computer. Allow a moment for your computer to recognize the GPS.

STEP 2. Once the computer recognizes Your GPS, you should see your Garmin under "DEVICES and DRIVES" Double Click and open the “Garmin Nuvi GPS”

STEP 3. Double click and open the Garmin folder

STEP 4. Right Click in the white space, then select NEW and click on FOLDER to create a new folder. Re-name the new folder “POI” (POI must be all caps)

STEP 5. On the left column of the File Explorer window, Click the “Downloads” folder

STEP 6. Copy the “Phantomalert.gpi” file

STEP 7. Navigate back to Garmin device and to the Garmin/POI folder and paste the “Phantomalert.gpi” file

Congratulations, you have now downloaded PhantomALERT to your Garmin GPS.
To ensure the PhantomALERT file is in your Garmin GPS, please follow the steps below.

STEP 8. Turn on your GPS and click on “Where To?”.

STEP 9. Click on CATEGORIES ( If you have an older model GPS please scroll down and click on EXTRAS)

STEP 10. Click on Custom Poi.

Step 11. You will see all the categories of the PhantomALERT Database Installed. Congratulations you are done!
